Fees

The fee for individual therapy sessions is £80 per hour.

Prospective clients are invited to take advantage of a free 20 minute consultation. This is designed to clarify the difficulties that you may be experiencing. It also provides you with an opportunity to ask any questions you may have prior to attending an initial assessment session.

Availability

My working days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 10.00am and 3.00pm. Appointments for therapy may be available outside these advertised office hours by negotiation.

Therapy sessions

I always hold an initial assessment session with prospective clients. This essentially involves a detailed discussion which will enable me to recommend, in line with best practice guidelines, a therapeutic approach which is best suited to address your individual requirements.

Psychological therapy usually requires between six and 24 sessions, accompanied by an ongoing review.

Each session is of one hour’s duration and can be scheduled on a weekly or fortnightly basis depending on your requirements.

Payments and cancellations

Fees may be paid by cash or cheque during the session, or by bank transfer. Payment can be made on a sessional or block booking basis.

The cancellation of appointments requires a 24-hour notice period. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
